I spent years in banking operations, so I understand financing from the lender’s side of the desk. I worked as a cowboy on a horse ranch, so I know what an equestrian property actually demands. I managed restaurants, ran catering, and looked after facilities, so I know how to keep a lot of moving parts on schedule.
After banking I bought a rental property of my own, worked in the finance industry, and then earned my real estate licence. I have been on the buying side, and that is the view I bring to yours.
